Do you have a minimum number or walks or visits necessary in a month?

Yes, we require a minimum of 1 scheduled dog walk per week for new dog clients.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are bonded, insured and licensed in the city of Chicago. We can also provide prospective clients with copies of this documentation.

How do I get feedback on how the walk or visit goes?

All of our customers get log in/password information to a website where they can log in and see notes from the walkers on how the visit or walk went with your pet! All you need is access to a computer! Our walkers can also leave handwritten notes as well.

How can I schedule walks?

Once you are a customer, you can use the website mentioned above to schedule walks. You can also always call or e-mail us directly!

What’s your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hour notice to cancel a scheduled walk and 48 hours to cancel a scheduled pet sit. (There will be a charge for the walk or pet sitting fee if that time frame isn’t met.)

How do I pay?

We invoice customers monthly and accept checks or Visa and Mastercard
credit card payments.

If I refer a friend, is there a bonus for me?

Yes! We are a young company looking to grow and are counting on your referrals! If you refer a new customer to us, we will give a referral gift after their 5th paid walk.
