I love being able to add or cancel walks on the computerized system – it’s so easy! You always check and double-check entries on the system to confirm that I am getting the services that I want and need. And when I find it easier to call you directly, you are always quick to respond and to help me. Andrea is absolutely wonderful! She is dependable (has never missed a date or been late), patient, and loving. She treats Bailey like her own dog and Bailey is always so excited for her arrival! Andrea is trustworthy and friendly. I feel so good knowing that she is caring for Bailey each day while I am gone. I also appreciate the flexibility you have to accommodate my ever changing schedule.
