This is our first time having a dog walker, and I can honestly say we have zero complaints. The online system is fantastic, and I love having the option of canceling or scheduling walks online. They also leave handwritten notes, so when you get home, you know what kind of business your dog did. Katie put us completely at ease when we met her, and our walker, Rachel, is great! I can’t recommend this service highly enough. When my dog ate a remote control, in an act of rebellion (my fault for leaving it out when I know how much she likes to chew on remotes), I heard from both Rachel and Katie to let me know what happened. I have nothing but praise for Windy City Paws!
