Katie & the Windy City Paws team are a dream! I need a dog-walker from time to time, but with a relatively unpredictable schedule I often only can anticipate a need about 24-hours in advance, but Katie & team have always been able to support. Love the online booking system and the online notes so that I can check in to see how the visit went when I’m traveling. Also, Katie is super accessible on email/phone as needed and she’s perfectly proactive if anything is ever going to be off. But I’ve never had a problem. Definitely recommend!
