I need a dog-walker from time to time, but with a relatively unpredictable schedule I often only can anticipate a need about 24-hours in advance, but Katie & team have always been able to support. Love the online booking system and the online notes so that I can check in to see how the visit went when I'm traveling. Also, Katie is super accessible on email/phone as needed and she's perfectly proactive if anything is ever going to be off. But I've never had a problem. Definitely recommend!

Our dog walker's have all been wonderful. They are on-time, very friendly, professional, and organized - they love my dog and best of all give her treat's when she has been a good pup. They consistently go above and beyond, from working with my dog to walk better on a leash to cleaning up messes left from when she decided to shred a magazine or make an accident in the dining room. They are a delight to work with, their pricing is fair, and I would recommend them to anyone in Chicagoland.

Katie and the staff at Windy City Paws have been walking my dog Coco since I brought her home and I'm confident that she's in good hands when I'm away. Katie took the time to come and meet Coco before I scheduled any walks for her and asked very detailed questions about Coco's habits, disposition, etc., to ensure that she would receive the best level of service. She is usually walked by David and he leaves a few notes about their walk together and she's always happy when I get home! Over the past months, I have built a strong relationship with the owner, walker, and staff that make me feel more like “friends” are taking care of my pet. When I started a new job, with longer hours, and would no longer be able to come home over lunch to take care of my dog Francesca, I knew that we needed to hire a dog walker. I found Katie by chance on an online ad and I'm sure glad I did! She has been so great with my dog, Frankie, and comes without fail to walk him 4x/week! She leaves little notes to update me on how he did each day which I really appreciate. I trust Katie with my dog and have referred her to a friend already. I would gladly make the referral again!

I “LOVE” Windy City Paws! Katie is so helpful and accommodating. Harper has had a few walkers and he has loved each walker. Minku currently walks him and I adore the notes that he leaves. They treat Harper as more than just a pet which is really special. I recently had to help a friend out and sit for her dog, Lexie, and they were so helpful they walked Lexie last minute as well. Great customer service!!

Whenever in need, I know Janice, with Windy City Paws, is a phone call away. Katie's selection of walkers is top-notch. Monday thru Friday, Janice takes Harvey for his daily walk and he always returns happy as can be and I notice how calm he is with her and attribute this to her soothing way with animals. Their online system is especially helpful because we can sign online from wherever we are and see how his walk went. Katie has been taking care of Izzy since I adopted her back in 2005. I always feel comfortable going out of town knowing that Katie is there if anything were to happen. Izzy is a pretty high maintance cat. Katie has always been very helpful taking on the special requests I have, like turning on the faucet for Izzy to drink from. I travel for work quite a bit and if I am ever in need of a cat sitter last minute, Katie is always happy to help, fitting me into the schedule. I don't trust anyone else to take care of Izzy!!

I cannot say enough of how lucky we were to find Windy City Paws and meet Katie and her team. My dog, Jack, is a rescue who is aggressive, skittish, untrusting and very hard to win over. From the very first meeting, I felt comfortable with WCP's professionalism, as well as personalized approach. They took the time to sit down with me and meet Jack and work out a plan on who would work best with him. We've been through a few walker's now and they have all been truly great in working with Jack and very kind to my two cat's, as well. The online website for booking walk's is really convenient, too. We’ve been using Windy City Paws for several months now, and have nothing but wonderful things to say! Their walkers are not only reliable but have a vested interest in your pet. Our walker Joe is even coming over on the weekend to help with some additional training with Karma, our 8 month old puggle. Katie is very responsive, and has been terrific with accommodating last minute cancellations or additions. Windy City Paws online system has also been a huge plus…my husband and I can check at work to see how Karma was that day and be reassured that she is being well taken care of. We highly recommend Windy City Paws, and I think Karma would too!

I love Katie and Windy City Paws! I have been using them since I got my puppy over a year ago and can't say enough. From helping with puppy walk's to now getting him out during the day, Kingstons’ walker is professional, and I know he has a good time. They leave detailed notes both online and in the apartment so I know what's up. The online booking is super easy and convenient. Katie is super friendly and works with her client's when changes come up. I wouldn't trust just anyone with my pup - Windy City Paws is the way to go!

When I first adopted Klaus, I was running home on my lunch break to feed him and let him out, but I didn't have enough time to take him for a lengthy walk. Since he wasn't getting much midday exercise, he was extremely energetic in the evenings, and he didn't sleep more than a couple hours at night; it was exhausting! Within a week of Windy City Paws taking Klaus for half hour walks, Klaus' behavior improved and we both were sleeping soundly through the night. Katie and her team are a delight to work with and the software makes checking in with the dog walkers and paying for services very convenient. I highly recommend Windy City Paws!

I've been using Windy City Paws for a year now. Janice has walked Lola the entire time and is fabulous! Lola loves to hear her come through the door each afternoon. I work from home so I see her nearly every day. She is always prompt and extremely loving toward Lola. Janice has also stayed in my home with Lola while I've been on vacation. It was such a relief knowing Lola was at home in her normal routine while I was away. Katie has always been responsive and friendly whenever I've had questions. Give her a call. The Windy City Paws staff is professional, friendly and very prompt! Katie responds quickly to our requests and always sends friendly and trustworthy walkers to take care of our dog, Lulu. The walkers leave detailed notes at our home and upload notes onto the company's software program on the internet. Our dog walker, Charles, even cleaned Lulu's paws when coming back from a rainy walk! We can always count on Katie and her staff to help us with Lulu. Windy City Paws has been Macie's dog walker for the past year and we love them! They have an easy online system to make or cancel walks and to see what "business" your dog carried out that day. The dog walkers also leave notes saying how the walk was, what time, and doggy business again! The walker only walks one dog at a time and you always have the same walker-- its great! Macie can be very stubborn but I know she is in great hands with Katie and her crew! Thanks!

This is our first time having a dog walker, and I can honestly say we have zero complaints. The online system is fantastic, and I love having the option of canceling or scheduling walks online. They also leave handwritten notes, so when you get home, you know what kind of business your dog did. Katie put us completely at ease when we met her, and our walker, Rachel, is great! I can't recommend this service highly enough. When my dog ate a remote control, in an act of rebellion (my fault for leaving it out when I know how much she likes to chew on remotes), I heard from both Rachel and Katie to let me know what happened. I have nothing but praise for Windy City Paws!

We have been using Windy City Paws for several months and are very happy with their service! We were pretty nervous about strangers coming into our house and having a key, but Katie made us feel very comfortable and was willing to do anything to ease our concerns. They walk our two dog’s everyday and are consistent, reliable, and friendly. One of our dogs is a puppy and was still learning how to walk on a leash and follow commands when Minku started walking them. He has been patient and even started to teach both of them to sit and lay with non-verbal hand signals. The online system allows you to easily cancel appointments, view charges, and get a daily and immediate report of how the walk went. Thanks Windy City Paws! The entire staff at Windy City Paws is wonderful! We've been happy with their services since we enrolled our black lab, Murphy, in 2009. Our dog walker is kind, reliable and always on-time. We are happy knowing that Murphy is well taken care of and gets a 30 minute walk each day. Windy City Paws has a convenient online resource for scheduling walks online that makes the process very easy. They also leave cute, branded notepads in your house to keep you informed of how your dog's walk was each day. My puppy, Niblet, is sweet but a little timid and shy. Her walker, Joe, was so gentle and great with her and she became comfortable with him right away...although now I think she gets more excited when he walks in the door than when I do :). When I have to be out of town Joe comes and stays with Niblet at my apartment so she can spend that time in a place she knows and feels safe. One day Niblet got sick and Joe took care of her (and my apartment) and updated me on everything as it was happening. The best part about Windy City Paws is having the confidence to know that compassionate, knowledgeable people are making sure my puppy is safe and happy above all else.

We started with Windy City Paws in September 2009 after we were saddened when our former dog walker surprised us with the news that she had to move on. We were totally caught off guard and doubtful if anyone could fill the shoes left to fill. We have two, small, yet very active, high energy, dogs and after a few weeks, Lauren ( our new walker) proved to us that we had nothing to worry about. The boys are walked 5 days a week and it gives us piece of mind that they get a nice midday walk. The walks have really help to calm them down and we appreciate that so much when we get home! Lauren is highly capable and extremely dependable. I would be the first to recommend her and Windy City Paws to walk your dogs.

I love Windy City Paws! I have had nothing but exceptional service with them, even when I call very last minute and need a dog walk that day or the next day, Katie is very accommodating. I also really love the notes that the walkers leave for me so I know how my dog behaved and what she did on the walk. We’ve been using Windy City Paws for about two months and have been VERY satisfied with our walker (Joe T.). Sophie has really grown attached to Joe and he’s taught her so much in the time they’ve spent together… it makes it easy for us to keep up her puppy training when we have such a reliable service providing her walks. Katie is also readily available for any scheduling questions and their website helps us keep tabs on how Sophie does on each individual walk. I adopted my dog last September and we tried another walker before going with Windy City Paws. We have been with them for seven months now and would never turn back! Our dog is always well taken care of and the walkers even do the little extra touches we do when we come home as well. It's great to have people that make sure you and your dogs are happy. The walkers also leave notes online so that you can check up on the walker and your pet after their walks and know what has happened. I recently moved and no longer had anyone to take my puppy, Tatum, outside during the day. I had never used a dog walking service so was a little cautious about having an unfamiliar person walk Tatum as well as the potential money involved. Katie and Joe, however, have been absolutely wonderful with my dog and you can’t beat the price for this service. Also, before using Windy City Paws, Tatum was always a little anxious around other dogs during walks. Since Joe started walking him 4 times a week he is much more relaxed and now enjoys playing with other dogs during walks. I would recommend Windy City Paws to anyone in need of a dog walker!

Windy City Paws has been great since we started using them about two and a half months ago! After getting our dog, Whiskey, in October 2008, my husband and I struggled to find a good dog walker who was reliable, consistent, and easy to get in touch with. What really sets Windy City Paws above other services in Chicago, aside from all the walkers' love for dogs, is their use of an online appointment system - I can book walks and check on their status with a live update within an hour or two of Whiskey's walk. Saves a lot of scribbled notes and I know how our dog is doing in the middle of the day instead of having to wait until I get home. They are also very attentive on the telephone if for some reason I need something immediately. I highly recommend giving Windy City Paws a try - I guarantee you'll be satisfied!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Windy City Paws. They are flexible when you need to cancel a walk appointment. Our walker Julie has been great. You can check the status of a walk or change account info online so you can get an update on your pup. Cost is right in line with any other service. They are reliable and very friendly.

I am a medicine resident and work long hours which means that I absolutely need a dog walker during the day to let out our basset hound Zoey. I have always been hesitant allowing strangers in our house when we are gone but this was all before I found Windy City Paws.
